water weight? it is TOM but I'm just don't want to think that I'm do good and not really be doing that well

Patience and courage! It took years to get your body and it will take months to get rid of the weight again. Though I completely understand that you wanna see results for beeing disciplined with the food. *g*

Im aeeing them i just dont want it top be all water weight I dont wanna think that I am doing this well and not really be, but i am happy to ber doing well either way! This has been relatively easy which is def different than before! I love FS
