Have been back on plan the last few days. It really makes a difference. Had to get grocery yesterday and noticed I was back to not wanting to grab the no no bad girl things. Got some frozen pizza just in case I hit a bad spot in the coming few weeks and don't want to cook my healthy or feeling like I just want to drown myself in sugar carbs again.
