That’s surprising. I did a lot of yard work yesterday, much more physical work than usual. Also had a big breakfast for lunch but this wouldn’t tip the scales so much. Not based on experience anyway. Alright then, moving on.

Yep, moving on. Same happened to me this week, was up 2lbs one day and 2 days later back down to what I am currently am. Wasn't eating anything out of my routine. 🙄
