kemarin over eating manis², cupcake, es buah silverquen, tahu isi, kerupuk, dll workout cuma setengah jam ga maksimal. workout pagi jam 7.30 di skip (pdhl itu yg paling penting)
74.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week
