Menu makan pagi :
- Air lemon
- Jamu shooter
- Nasi 4 sdm munjung
- Tumisan : wortel, brokoli, sawi, tahu bakso, bakso ikan, bakso sapi dan dada ayam fillet.

Alhamdulillah mantep kenyang.
Bisa bertahan sampai waktu makan lagi nanti jam 4 sorean..

Setelah abis jalan pagi 28 menit 😋
