Weight spikes are less frequent, but they still happen. We seem to be in a pattern of weight lifting every 3 days, instead of 2. Tuesday- Wednesday and Saturdays are my husbands overnight double shifts(they end up being 18 hr shifts) Sundays and Thursdays are anticipated weight lift days. this gives me some predictability. If its a busy day then Monday and fridays are make up days. I haven't been on the treadmill lately- 2 of the days we did alot in the yard/garden. We got a nearly an acre to work with and i hope i can maintain not being injured this summer...
