Started CrossFit, found myself being less active outside of classes and comfort food eating from the soreness of the experience - gave it a month of classes and my body is a mess and I’ve gained 10lb
95.5 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
