I'm feeling really strong today, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Well on my way to my 2.5 liter water intake goal already today. About to have and log a little second breakfast (the first was just the oat milk in my coffee) for some protein, and then do my recommended physical therapy exercises.
Today, I will listen to my body and respond in loving kindness, and with healthy boundaries.
Today, I will keep in mind that recovery is not linear.
Today, I will above all be kind to myself and others.
