Hi, Melanie, thank you for your support and kind comments, it really means a lot.
*I am just getting started with the app, and I guess the biggest thing for me is that I finally figured out in life that I need to have the willingness to try new things and get out of my (dis)comfort zone. I am in recovery from other things, and this willingness is fundamental to my program in that aspect as well, along with honesty and open mindedness. "With these we are well in our way."
*I am actually located in Iceland, and figured out after a couple of days that there must not be any other folks active on the app here (nor in Denmark or Sweden, I tested), so I switched my location to the UK so I could have a community to interact with.
*I aim to meet my water intake goal of 2.5 liters every day this week, to record all my (vegetarian) food intake, and to interact with this lovely community.
