You can do it, Cat! I've pretty much cut out snacking and am trying to do all my eating between 10am and 7pm. I've managed to lose a few pounds this way. I keep your advice about glycemic load in mind too! It is just very hard as we get older and life gets more sedentary. I'm going to ride my exercise bike for 30 minutes after I send this message. I don't get enough exercise now and Mal no longer wants me to take walks without him. That isn't good because he will almost never go for a walk. We just celebrated our 55th anniversary though so there is some reason he is a keeper!! Love that man!
