well, this is post weight lifting. sick toddler past few days. maintaining walking min 5mins on treadmill everyday this week, plus stretching afterwards for consistencys sake. Posted new weight loss video on my youtube channel describing this struggle- been 2 months since last video, theres been alot happening so now i hope things might slow down (hopefully)
