Ok since my last journal entry, some really good stuff has happened. I got a promotion at work, my hubby received his associates diploma/degree, and my brother was released from the hospital after being put in a medically induced coma for almost a week after a normal procedure went horribly wrong...we almost lost him but he pulled through. Been following my diet reasonably well although I am not seeing a major loss in weight I am noticing my clothes getting looser. I may be in need of a new scale.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think you have done a stupendous job. With all that went on in your life recently, it would have been easy to blow the diet and comfort yourself. Don't worry about the scale. You may have replaced some of the fat lost with muscle which is heavier. Keep forging ahead. Loose clothes are a wonderful sign!! Congratulations on your promotion, your husband's success and, thank God, your brother's full recovery. Keep up your good work!!
