Hello and Happy Friday FS!
Well, up a tad but stable per my scale and losing fat and gaining muscle. I’ve been walking a good bit and watching what I’m eating…trying. Tonight will be difficult as I’m going to my SIL and BIL’s and pizza is on the menu. Looks like I need to get some more exercise in as I just got the invite.
