Back to lowest weight so far. Slow and steady will stay off. Inflammation drives me nuts but I’m actually walking my dog about a block. That’s huge for me! Have a wonderful day!🌞🐎

Thank you! I started out in an electric wheelchair 8 ago. The last 3 I’ve been using my manual wheelchair more. I started doing yoga/stretching/meditation. I also do a Cherokee prayer meditation. I’m now walking about a block without even a walker and we t into the post office the other day. I also ride a horse. I’m getting stronger! Never give up-Never stop smiling is my motto 💜

What happened that put you in wheelchair? Was it 8 months ago or 8 years? The progress is amazing!!!!i was on a walker last year and now up to about 4-5 miles minimum 6 days a week but there were times last summer where both my husband and myself thought i would stroke out or have a cardiac event from the effort. Heart racing like a maniac, sweat pouring off me hard time breathing. Probably mot the wisest course i took at the time. Your story is encouraging and you are so lucky to have a horse for love and therapy and fun. My two dogs were my personal additional therapists as they forced me to stand up straight so they didn’t pull me over last year🥰. Have a gorgeous day!
