Good day, weather nice. Hard keeping to my calorie intake, but making up for it with tons of water. Looking forward to reset of day. Started around 2:50 this morning, walked a solid three hours, 45 minutes. 4oz bake salmon, and 1/2 avocado, protein drink, and 2 cups green tea for breakfast. Already have hit 24,046 steps at 8:16am. Shooting for 40,000+ today, mostly after work. Everyone stay safe, and YOU CAN DO IT!
