Being back in the 170’s AGAIN made me realize I am no longer able to eat what I want and when I want. I MUST practice mindful eating, track what I eat and MOVE.
I always think I can do it on my own but being accountable and using others for support is necessary. Back at this again and will be leaning in to others for tips and encouragement 😊
