I feel much lighter in spirit and physically too. I need to continue to clean up my eating, but I'm starting to get my spunky personality back. I even started to get out there in the dating world. Today I decided to get up early and go skiing in AZ. Life's too short to make excuses.... I need to start taking chances and go on spontaneous trips:)
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
