It was such a busy week! I tidally forgot to weigh yesterday. Got a real workout today riding a horse and trying to post. I’m so out of shape! My legs are like spaghetti. I’ll go for another lesson soon as it helped my neck, back, and is true therapy. It’s an aerobic workout I can do! I can’t post like I used to, but I’m more determined than ever to get off at least 25 lbs. more. I wish I could go weekly! I’d be in shape in no time. Happy with my weight, but ready to get back to my lowest weight and lower. Beautiful day to you all!!🐎🐎🌈🌈
