Iya paha aku emg kecillan kak, tp bb aku naik 1 kg, huhu jd sedih, brrti lemak aku masih banyak.. Kalo aku olahraga nya cuma workout, kira kira bisa kurus ga ya kak?

protein cukup 1 x BB aja kak, kalau bisa kurangi yg gula2, banyakin lemak + protein aja dijamin turun 👍🏻

Cobaa banyakin cardio kak siapatau mempan hehe, Kalo cuma workout tapi ga cardio dan kakak banyakin protein, Dia naikin massa Otot bukan turunin kadar lemak nya.
Kalo mau defkal seimbang, Or&Wo 3-4x dalam sminggu,
Or (Cardio--> Treadmill/ Jogging, Hit cardio dri youtube 30-40 menit an)
Lanjut lagi WO ( Punya Emi wong/ Oppserve bagus, Pilih bagian yang mau dikecilin)
