Okay...I'm beyond frustrated today! I have been SO good...exercising, eating health and I GAIN 2lbs in a day! I know it's close to my cycle but really! I can stand this!!! I feel helpless!
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aww! Don't feel helpless! You can do it! I totally understand where the frustration comes into play! Don't let it get you down! You CAN do this! It doesn't happen as fast as we want it to! Set small goals first and then you will see that you can reach your goals! Drink lots of water and eat lots of greens. Keep your chin up! You will get there! :)

I agree with amjohnson.. dont let 2 pounds let you down. dont let your weight control you. remember you now gaining the control over your body. so dont let 2 pounds ruin your day cause trust me it did to me and thats why i always say if i gained two pounds oh well its just muscule. then i dont get upset. ok .

Wow...thank you...I really appreciate your advice and encouragement! I have never participated in a "community" before but I'm thinking this will help me stay focus and on track.
