Day 4 today! I went 300 calories over my limit today but I did more exercise than usual. I was pretty hungry. The first week is nearly complete! These journals have helped. Also if anyone wants to make good healthy chocolate pudding, I have a delicious recipe. That's all for today! I will journal tomorrow!
