THERE IT IS 🥲
Woke up this morning expecting to gain a "point" or even a pound based on my current pattern... Instead, I was completely surprised over another pound dropped.

I focused highly on my HIGHEST protein recorded so far yesterday. I was extremely overwhelmed to see the 80's... finally.

I've officially lost 5LB since I began my journey 1 week and a half ago here on Fat Secret.

right on 😊 good for you. I've been thinking lately that I need to be paying more attention to my protein intake, cuz I'm kind of a carbaholic. Thanks for the nudge. 😏
