Hello and Happy Monday, FS!
Well, back down…seems like quite a jump. Makes me wonder about the scale. Although, it keeps saying stable weight. But, seems like less of a wobble. 🤷🏼♀️ But, I like the number closer to my goal.
I decided to walk yesterday. My phone indicates 12,270 steps. I split the walk into two sessions … after lunch (too hot) and after dinner (perfect!). It seemed to work pretty good and I haven’t noticed any feet issues today. May try that method today.
