well, to start, i realized my magnesium has vita b4 in it... i took it with dinner and was awake all night.... surprised that my weight went down. First day all week back to work and got to use my Loop Quiet Ear plugs, thought they were going to block too much noise but they were perfect. I could still hear talking but it was muffled. When i had to take one out to hear a quiet-speaking child, i was surprised how loud the classroom really was and how calm i was being. Usually im a frantic mess by this point. 10/10 would recommend Loop earplugs for loud environments. mine block 27db. They have ones that block 14 and 7 also.

I did not know Vitamin B4 can cause you to be awake. I need to check into this because I struggle with getting a good night's sleep. Day's I workout are the worst that night. I do the best on weekends.

Red porch- yes. B vitamins are energizing! Usually you will find them in energy drinks in HIGH amounts, thankfully its water soluble so what you dont need leaves. B vits also help with dementia prevention too in some studies (big win for me, with a fam history) They break glucose into ATP, which is what gives them that energetic feeling.

I didn't know that about vitamin D having B in it..I can fall asleep fine but can't stay asleep. Gonna check mine as I take vitamins at dinner. Glad the earplugs are working for you.
