Lost 2 1/2 lbs. this week so really happy. Only lost 1/2" off my waist this week as other measurements stayed the same. Still feeling positive.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
