I'm increasing my calorie intake but keeping my carbs low. I've been told by a few people now that I've lost to much weight and now look poorly. maybe one day I'll be happy with how I look
59.0 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Haha 😄 you are right to both, I wanna feel sexy in myself, but I have been way under eating and thats probably not the healthier option either

cycle carbs and slowly increase over time... adding size while maintaining condition...amazing feeling
