not surprised by the gain, have gotten board with the diet and exercise routine. I will not allow myself to ruin all the progress that I have made. Back to the basics and back on track!
80.0 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
