Day 13 was the worst day for me. Ended up going further that day than any other, but really had to push myself to get going. Had a severe talk with my inner child, then walked my way through the big pout! :)
72.3 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
