I have gained again! :( I feel doomed to stay in the 170's :( trying to be super strict with my WW this week trying trying trying :(

79.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 23.1 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
