Hello and Happy Wednesday FS!
My weight has moved back down a bit … wobble baby, wobble. Scale still says gaining muscle, losing fat and my step count has increased. I need to really up my step count.
My FS APP has just changed back to the old format today. It switched to the other format after I joined the challenge. Naturally, I couldn’t find anything and sometimes recording my food would work and sometimes not. So frustrating. Anyway, the old one is back. I’m so not sure why it does that. I use my iPad. Plus I couldn’t see my blue line!
Having tons of fun with my granddaughter! She is really into puzzles, games and books … and, of course, bubbles! 📚🎲🧩🫧🫧
