baru belajar menggila kak nai 🤣 entah 500kcal perhari itu jatah harian 🍜 atau 🍌🍌 goreng 😔.. tapi asli sih di fs banyak “dah makan 1000 kcal kok stuck yaaaa” banyak yang jawab panjang x lebar , tar nya tanya lagi pertanyaan sejenis 🤭 , ada juga yang post ngemil 🍦karena craving, tapi di posting sebelumnya post makan harian itu kal nya cuma 3 digit 😐🗿

@rista iya kak, bb nya emang lagi sengaja dibikin stuck 2 bulan ini rencana 3 bulan 😁 kalori harian 2400-2700 kcal kok aman bangettt 😊
