Trying to lose some weight to get back into better physical shape for my children. My weight has been in the 210-220lbs since my mid twenties, which seemed reasonable for a 6ft man, but now that I'm in my early thirties I've hit 230lbs and started getting out of breath quickly. I would like to get back to a healthy weight and go down to 185lb.
