Spaghetti squash for the win! Finally tried my luck at baking one yesterday, came out great. Ate it for dinner last night and tonight as a pasta substitute. Delicious and filling but ended both days WAY under my calorie goal. Weight down more than expected today too despite being a bit lazy about exercise the past week.
