off the biblical diet, no bread or wine for over three weeks now and I, am not missing or looking for alcohol but find giving up sweets much harder! trying a diversion technique when I get a craving,. realise they I really do not need the quantity of food that I was eating. feel better for losing the 3.4kg so far.
