had a way to much chocolate today, here come the excuses, life is stressful at the moment, I'm coming up over 2 weeks not smoking, so reached to the chocolate. I've been super stressed lately, been hitting 1200 for the last 2 weeks so hopefully it's just a little hiccup. 😅
60.8 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Supertasha AMAZING on 2 weeks not smoking! A day or 2 of chocolate to help you keep off the cigs is definitely worth it. You've done an awesome thing for your body in quitting and it's so dam hard too
