Treadmill walk/run is done. I measured this morning and found a couple losses in waist and arms. That scale is not budging but I am reflecting on the last week and don’t think I did too poorly considering all the factors. Even though my schedule was interrupted by work travel and monthly irritations, I maintained what I had going and picked back up as soon as I could. And I am making conscious decisions at the table. Are they perfect? No. But it’s progress. I’m finding myself on this journey. 🙂
