I am so very proud of myself! Down again, and feeling great. It's all about change, for me. 14 inches of snow means treadmill, and sticking to minimum 1 mile per day. Trying to increase by 1/10 mile each day, and succeeding. When walking slow I raise the incline, and feel different muscles kicking in. Wonderful!
The new way to keep me on track this week is to plan the entire day's food first thing in the morning and plan my day around it. No more guesswork, and easier to stay away from fastfood. I'm also able to spread out the calories to all 3 meals evenly as possible, and leave some calories for a snack (which is also planned in the morning). Sure has been working for me!
73.4 kg Lost so far: 0.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
