Adjusting some workout supplement dosages, I think one is the cause of the bloating and weight gains. Hydrated a lot today, had a great workout.

otb123 well, when I got it, I thought it was just straight velvet antler extract, which can help with muscle gains, immune support, and performance. But...when I examined the actual product, it's IGF-1, derived from velvet antler. Since it's not synthetic, it's not regulated, but it does directly drive muscle growth, since it's a growth hormone.
