I have been battling with cravings all week. and I have been eating a little more than I should have. I feel like I have lost a week of weight loss. It's time to focus this week and try to get past the 89 mark.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
