been informed by friends, family and husband I've lost to much weight to quickly, so upping the daily caliore intake a take, I've struggled with my eating before so really dont want to head back down that road again, means I got cake and ice cream today:)
62.6 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
