On one of the mini-challenges, one was headed "Two Bite Rule" That has stuck in my brain and for 3 days now I have applied it. Amazing! My choice was the mini homemade fruit bran muffins I make. 2 bites is 1/2 muffin! My brain likes that I ate half of something rather than 2 bites, so I'm sunning with that. A full glass of water after the 2 bites is good because my muffins contain only bran & wholewheat flour, applesauce & berries. The applesauce replaces the sugar and the oil. Cool!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
