Wow, Holiday eating really took over! 2.7 lbs gained.....poor respect for my body. Shame, and lower energy will be the motivation to get going the other way TODAY!! I know what caused the gain, now I need to concentrate on the loss....Starting in this moment when I usually plan the day's menu.
