Yesterday was a pretty good day, I went walking at the park, I walked a total of 5.2 miles in 1 hour 19 minutes. Yesterday was quite cool, a little too coll for August, but it felt good during my walk. My sodium level is creeping back up. It has really been a challenge to eat enough calories and stay within my sodium range. I may have to look into buying low sodium foods. Otherwise I am going to keep having trouble.
I am at a new low weight! Now lets see if it holds, I am convenienced it is the result of combining walking with weights...thats my magic combination!
Yesterdays workout - walked 4.0 miles an hour for 1 hour 19 minutes.
Measurements Body Fat% - 23.9 Muscle Mass% - 41.8 Body Water % - 57.5 Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs.
