I regained a pound...the poor choices and midnight snacking have done their damage. The up side is that I am very aware of my mistakes and can actually see how years of this behavior has packed the pounds on me. I am determined to change and lose the weight. I am encouraged and inspired by the FS crew - we're all trying to do the same thing so I'm in good company!

Well hello newest FS buddie lol. I just want to say thanks for being so thoughful on my journal entry we are all here to support each other so your never alone. I guess in trying to lose weight, you have to manage the good food chioces along with the bad. The other night I was fiending for some cereal at 3 am and I got tried to talk myself out of it but in the end I made a deal with myself; Let this be my breakfast and I'll work it into my daily calorie count. We're going to get there!!!
