bb ga turun , mungkin saja faktor dari masa otot yg meningkat dengan kadar lemak yg menurun mangkanya lingkar bdan bisa menyusut . jangan terpacu pada angka timbangan, baik nya dengan cara mengukur saja itu sih mnurut ku
