The scale often does not depict the amount of effort it takes for me to choose a healthier lifestyle. I feel like it took 100 pounds of effort to lose these two pounds. I am off to make low sodium breakfast sausage and curry chicken for the week. I hope for all of us.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 55.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
