Padahal kmrn makannya bar2 bgt krn lg haid hari pertama. Es krim hula2 aja sampe 5 bungkus. Makan nasi 3x sehari. Olahraga cuma zumba 1 jam. Itu pun gapake tenaga. Bismillah hari ke-2 haid, udh ga terlalu keram perutnya, jadinya mau main alat lagi. Harus nya leg day, kita ganti jadi chest aja biar ga banyak posisi "ngangkang" nya 🤣
