ok ok... Jan 1st 190lbs/ Feb 1st 189.6! i wanted to maintain a 4 lb loss. i have reached 186 before within Jan so i know that it can happen. maintaining a particular weight isnt easy. 185 for this month. i think it will be easier to try to focus on a weight range to be within.
