i think i've hit a plateau have been fluctuating around 192-194 for the past week or so which is a very long time for me so tried eating more calories; i think i may have caused my metabolism to slow significantly because of drastically reducing my caloric intake and exercising too much; but still consuming always under 20 percent of recommended calories to see if it might trigger more weight loss.
