@Maguscanook I was constipated for 3 days and went up 3 pounds, then I pooped it out the next two days by double up on oats everyday for fibre and pooped out a pound and a half each day ...that's what that is...lol...sorry for the overshare but constipation can add 3 lbs in one day for me! Thank you for the positivity though! i feel so funny it's like I'm a toddler getting cheered on for making a poop! Hahahaha love it 🍃🌳🌱💥💖
